In Gap, visit our restaurant and its pleasant terrace to enjoy traditional cuisine of the highest quality, prepared by our chefs using fresh local produce.
We have added an authentic touch from our native Alsace, because we wanted to bring something of this beautiful region to the Hautes-Alpes, in the form of a delicious choucroute served with Alsace wine.
Our restaurant comprises five dining rooms, one of which has a fireplace, and can seat up to 300 diners. A central stage is used to present a varied programme of entertainments and evening events.

The terrace in summer
Shaded by a great willow tree, our terrace and our chalet ‘Chabanas Plancha’ is a delightful place to sample seasonal cuisine with our "à la plancha" dishes. Simple pleasures such as these are the moments we all remember.
Weddings, birthday parties, Christmas parties, cocktails, aperitifs, evening meals, etc. Our restaurant with its five dining rooms can accommodate up to 300 guests, providing the perfect setting for your special occasions.

À la carte menu and set menus
Our regional cuisine introduces you to local products, prepared with the greatest care. You can try one of our specialities: a menu with potato tourtons, salad with kid fritters and home-cured ham, kid in Provençale sauce or flambéed roast leg of kid (or leg of lamb) with thyme, a cheeseboard with cheeses from the mountain pastures, and iced nougat with lavender honey...
Try our authentic Alsatian choucroute, either to eat in or to take away.
A carefully-prepared children's menu will keep the little ones happy, and they will go home with a gift.
Our home-made dishes, our set menus and our à la carte menu will tickle every taste bud.
