For your seminars, training programmes or private functions (weddings, birthdays, etc.) in Gap, we invite you to take advantage of our spacious restaurant dining room that can accommodate up to 300 guests. We will liaise with you in composing a menu, and you and your guests will enjoy dishes of the highest quality, prepared by our expert chef.
With its five dining rooms, one with a fireplace and another with a central stage, our restaurant is the perfect venue for your group events in a friendly, welcoming setting.
The shaded garden and the terrace offer your guests restful green space in which to relax. And our cheerful, friendly staff will provide service with a smile, to make the whole occasion a thoroughly enjoyable one.
Four meeting spaces for up to 80 people
Our hotel has one large conference room of 78m2 to accommodate up to 80 people, for your seminars and training sessions.
Three smaller meeting rooms of between 24 and 32m2 are also provided. One room of 24m2 can accommodate up to 15 people, another room of 28m2 is suitable for up to 20 people, while the third room of 32m2 can be used for groups of up to 24.
Our four meeting spaces have easy access and will ensure that the arrival of guests and colleagues proceeds smoothly.
You can also take time out to relax, since all the hotel's facilities are made available for your use (pool, tennis court, mini golf, sauna, boules, etc.)
To make full use of the working day, the following equipment can be provided:
